To me it is like a car mechanic! I always look for someone with massive experience, like 20 years plus. All the paper certificates on the wall don't mean any thing to me, yep! This includes four year degrees! Always go with years of massive experience.

Remember, just because you stand in a garage, that doesn't make you a mechanic!
